THE DESIGN PROCESS

Whether it be a new addition to your home, a screen porch, or just new siding, design and material selection is extremely important. D&D will provide thorough attention to every detail during the design and selection process, offering creative and value oriented solutions to your needs.

THE PROPOSAL

Now that we've gotten to know you, and have a design and budget in mind, it's down to business. Next, D&D will provide you with a detailed proposal specifying a scope of work, final material and color selections, pricing and payment schedule.

PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS

When applicable, D&D will obtain all necessary permits, schedule all inspections, and meet the inspectors at the job site.

CONSTRUCTION/INSTALLATION

From demolition to final cleanup, D&D prides itself in taking the utmost care when it comes to your home and property. We will make every effort to keep the job site clean, and to minimize any impact to your schedule or daily routine.

THE WALK-THRU

Once complete, we will walk thru every aspect of your project with you. Total customer satisfaction is our goal.

WARRANTY

D&D will always be here and will work with you to address any concerns even after work is complete.
