DALE SHORTT
Owner
Dale Shortt, Owner, President and Founder of D&D has never known a life outside the remodeling and construction industries. While attending Langley High School in McLean, Virginia, he took a job as a Technician/Installer and began to learn the business from the ground up. Equipped with that knowledge, he soon decided to go into business for himself as a sub-contractor. A few years later, D&D Siding and Roofing Specialists was born. Dale's commitment to his employees and his customers, as well as his commitment to combining truly personalized service with superior craftsmanship, has earned D&D a reputation as an exceptional place to work. Dale, too, has a reputation as a man that can be trusted to get the job done.
CAROLYN SHORTT
Co-Owner
Carolyn Shortt, Co-Owner and Vice President of D&D also attended Langley High School, and after graduating a year early went on to Old Dominion University in Norfolk Virginia where she finished with a Finance degree in 1988. She has been the administrative lynchpin for D&D since she and Dale were married in 1991.
Taylor Malsch
Marketing Manager / Lead Design
Taylor is the one who keeps D&D's social presence up and running. She is always bringing new ideas to the table and has a great eye for design.

Isidro is a jack of all trades and is truly one of a kind. He is always expanding his knowledge in the industry and putting his new skills to use.
